Cancellation policy
I understand that emergencies can come up at short notice and I will do all I can to facilitate and move appointments, however for short notice cancellations I may not be able to rebook this slot and others could have availed of the appointment and therefore the following charges will apply, unless rebooking made with full payment in advance

Data Privacy Statement & Consent – GDPR General Data Protection Regulation Policy May 2018. Why is data collected - As part of your treatment it is the therapist’s responsibility to collect personal and medical information about you that is relevant to treatments.
Confidentiality - A unique client reference number is allocated and will be assigned to consultation and follow up forms to ensure all records are kept confidential.
Data Retention - Records are stored and when transported in a locked file and will be retained for 10 years after your final treatment
How is your data used – It is used to determine the best treatment to be carried out safely. It will also be used to contact you with specific information about your treatments, promotions and special offers
Data sharing – Your data will be securely stored with Reflexions Holistic Therapies and will never be shared with any 3rd party unless without your express consent. Any case study information you assist with will be anonymised
Right to access – You have a right to access any data that is held by requesting in writing – your request will be responded to within 2 weeks
