I understand that emergencies can come up at short notice and I will do all I can to facilitate and move appointments, however where less than 24hrs notice is given I have to take into consideration that others could have availed of the appointment and therefore a charge of 50% of treatment cost will be applied, unless rebooking made with full payment in advance
